Custom Orders

Seeking something unique for your wedding guests, gifts for clients, or planning a special event? Let us customize chocolates with your logo, text or an image.

Here's the process:
   1. You send us the image or logo in JPEG format.
   2. We produce a proof within seven days.
   3. Once you approve the proof, we can produce your chocolates within 14-21 days.

There is an art proof fee of $85 that covers the creation of a proof for your approval (refunded to you once you confirm your order).

Once approved, there is a one-time custom production fee of $265 (plus $175 shipping via FedEx Overnight) to print an edible one-colour image onto ten transfer sheets that we will use to decorate individual chocolates, lollipops, bark or wafers. If you use multiple colours, there will be additional charges for each colour required. From the artwork, we can decorate approximately 1000 chocolates for use in one order or multiple orders until used. We will keep your custom transfer sheets for up to two years.

Corporate Orders

We accept many large corporate orders. Our chocolates are made fresh the same week that your order is packed and unlike other shops, we do not freeze chocolates ahead of shipping your order.

Orders of $500 to $2500 receive a discount of 5%*.  For large orders, we can offer a discount of 10%* on orders of $2500 and higher, and 15%* in excess of $5000. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.  Payment of the balance is due upon delivery and payable by corporate cheque, debit card or cash.

For 2025, we will be accepting corporate order requests up to Saturday, November 15, 2025 with paid deposits to ensure delivery for the first week of December.
