Customer satisfaction is our priority. We make and package our chocolates with great care. We ship on weekdays to avoid packages sitting in warm warehouses.

We ship using Canada Post (Regular, Express and Priority services). Choose the shipping option that suits you best:

Canada Post Regular: up to 8 business days / within BC 5 business days / within Vancouver 1-3 days
Canada Post Express: up to 5 business days / within BC 2-5 business days
Priority: 1-3 business days
USA Regular: 5-10 business days
USA Express: 2-5 business days

For international shipping, please contact us to confirm shipping rates. Shipping internationally can take up to 14 business days depending on the location.

For international orders, be sure to allow time for border and customs clearance.

gem chocolates is not responsible for any duties or taxes on shipments outside of Canada.

Postal carriers have our permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is available to sign for them. gem chocolates is NOT responsible for packages that are missing, stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. gem chocolates cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking: order tracking details are sent to our customers via e-mail once their order has shipped. This is why we encourage our customers to enter an e-mail address when ordering with us. We will not use your e-mail address for any purpose other than to send you tracking details or to send other information you may request.

Return Policy: We stand behind our chocolates. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply return them in their original packaging and we will gladly refund the cost of the chocolates. The return policy does not apply to custom-made orders.
