Caring for your chocolates

We make our chocolates by hand with the freshest ingredients possible. No preservatives, additives or artificial flavourings are used. Because we use fresh ingredients and no preservatives, we recommend eating your chocolates within 45 days - though most people don't find this difficult once they taste their first gem.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, cold and humidity. For an ideal taste experience, we recommend you store your chocolates in a cool, dry place and serve at room temperature. Avoid storing them in a refrigerator (it's too cold and it can introduce moisture leading to "chocolate bloom" or white discoloring spots appearing on your chocolates). Chocolate absorbs scents, so avoid storing them with other foods or strong aromas.
